Please note that the following check-in times are approximate. You will be given the check-in time when you make a reservation however times are still subject to change due to the tide. We encourage you to allow room in your schedule to accommodate a change in the tour schedule.
April Morning tour: Check-in time: 7:15 a.m., boat departs by 8:00 a.m.
May 1 - September 30 Morning tour: Check-in time: 7:15 a.m., boat departs by 8:00 a.m.
Afternoon tour: Check-in time: 11:45 a.m., boat departs by 12:30 p.m.
October - February Please email us for information about tours during these months.

Cancellation policy
There is a 5% cancellation fee for all reservations that are cancelled by the guest or their representative.
Please note that if we have to cancel your tour, you will receive a 100% refund.
You will be issued a full refund if we have to cancel due to the conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

- The boat departs from Anini Beach - the check-in location is at our office in Kilauea.
- 18 passenger max., per tour.
- State of the art, custom built 32 ft. powered catamaran.
- 4 hours.
- $274.00 per person, tax included. (gratuity is not included)
- Complimentary lunch, soft drinks and bottled water are provided on all tours.
- Snorkeling gear is provided.
- Boat will enter the sea caves, conditions permitting.
- Snorkeling on the Na Pali Coast, conditions permitting.
- Dry bags are provided.

Minimum physical requirements to participate:
- Must be at least 7 years old.
- All passengers must be able to climb stairs to board the boat without assistance.
- Passengers who choose to snorkel or swim must be able to climb a ladder without assistance to re-enter the boat.
Exclusionary Factors:
We cannot take anyone on tour that has any of the following conditions or circumstances:
- Under the age of 7
- Poor general health
- Neck problem
- Back problem
- Pregnant
- Recent surgery
- Any pre-existing condition that will be exacerbated by this activity.

Please be advised of the following:
- This is an adventurous ocean activity and is not appropriate for everyone. Please review the minimum physical requirements and exclusionary factors to participate.
- If you have any condition that may require medication, such as but not limited to, asthma, allergies or diabetes, you must bring your medication on-board.
- Conditions on the rugged Na Pali Coast cannot be guaranteed, tour times and availability are subject to change.
Cancellation policy

- Group tours, 48 hours notice prior to the check-in time is required to receive a 95% refund.
- Private charters, custom charters, 96 hours notice prior to the check-in time is required to receive a 95% refund.
- Not showing up for a tour, or reservations that are canceled, or changed, with less than the required notice, will result in a charge equal to the total amount of the reservation.
- Refunds will not be issued to people who do not meet the minimum physical requirements or who have exclusionary factors.
You will be issued a full refund if we have to cancel due to the conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
